Dear valued partner,
Further to our statement last week regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, events in the UK and Ireland have moved on at a considerable pace, and we feel it is expedient that we implement the next stage of our contingency measures.
To provide protection for as many of our team as possible, and to ensure that we provide continuity of supply for our customers, we will be operating a shift system across the warehouse and offices at all locations.
Commencing tomorrow morning, Wednesday 18th March, until further notice, our team will be split into two shifts:
Team 1 - will be working 7:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday
Team 2 - will be working 1:00pm to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
The offices will be open from 7:00am to 7:00pm but, please bear with us, if the phone is not answered quite as quickly at busy times. The office will also be manned by one person, from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays.
We will always endeavour to despatch orders same day as we do normally. However, if your order is placed late in the day, and it is very busy, the order may not be picked and packed until the following morning.
I hope that we can count on your support, and that you will work with us to slow down the spread of this virus. Our focus remains on the welfare of our staff, and our commitment to serve our customers.
We will monitor the situation daily, and advise you if any further contingency plans have to be activated.
