Whilst still very much keeping a ‘hand on the tiller’, my role is evolving as I adapt to the inevitably advancing years!

As I mentor our exciting young team and coach them into newly elevated roles, I look forward to the enviable prospect of finding time for more value-added, and sales-focused, projects…and, hopefully, a little more time for life outside the office.

An avid musician – although rarely performing these days, it’s still a big part of my life. Still a long-suffering Spurs season-ticket holder – some people never learn.

My wife Bel and I, love to travel, and when at home we have a passion for food and wine. We both love to cook and entertain our children, grandchildren, and our amazing friends keep us very busy…

I have looked after various aspects of the business at Ipswich over the years, including being responsible for HR & Marketing, managing the internal sales teams and commercial contracts, and I have recently taken on the role of Operations Manager.
My main focus going forward will be the overall management of all operations and business functions at the Ipswich location, supporting the teams to ensure that we are doing everything we can to provide the best possible service to our customers.

I love to travel and try to get away as much as possible. I enjoy eating out, cooking and entertaining at home with family and friends. I also run and go to the gym regularly…usually before work in the mornings, it’s the best way to start the day!

Suggestions are always welcome! I am always up for trying a new craft. From cross stitching and card making to block printing and pottery throwing. I also look after the Export side of the business which I really enjoy too!
I help out daily with the day to day running of the Aftermarket sales. I really enjoy speaking to the customers and working with the rest of the team.

She administers the daily OEM orders via our ERP system and processes customer orders whether that is being via telephone or through our internal systems, she manages all the OEM customer schedules and forecasts on a day-to-day basis.

Back in the day Stephanie used to be a ballet dancer which kept her fit, unfortunately, those days have passed, as now that she’s older, she has explored other hobbies such as exploring different foods and snacks…mostly stacks (she does cave in for the traditional office beacon bap round on Friday mornings, Doh!) So yes, the ballet days are over, but hey! She can still do the splits. It is amazing that I still am small and slim.

Stephanie has a really fat fluffy cat called Miguel who takes up her time moving him around the house as he’s too last to do it himself, this is how she keeps fit now.
