Muscle Belts

PIX Muscle Belts are the ultimate V-Belt, with a super-high power rating, they are maintenance free and eco-friendly.

Construction of Muscle Belts

  1. Wear resistant rubberised fabric jacket

  2. Specially designed cushion rubber

  3. Specially compounded high modulus base rubber

  4. Specially treated high tenacity high modulus polyester cord

Operating Temperature: -25'C to +120'C

Standards: BS 3790, ISO 4184, IS 2494 for dimensional reference.

Muscle Belt Features

  1. Produced to comply with the latest REACH directives, RoHS regulations, and exclude all restricted chemicals as listed by the EPA in the US
  2. Increased efficiency level up to 98%
  3. Extremely high power rating - up to 35% more than a regular belt
  4. High tensile strength - resistant to elongation and breakage
  5. Maintenance-Free - No re-tensioning required
  6. Highly flexible - The standard construction allows the belt to "reverse bend" in drives with back idlers
  7. Extended temperature range from -25'C up to 120'C
  8. Anti-static - complies with ISO 1813
  9. Space-saving potential, when designing drives - less belts required
  10. Longer service life, less down-time, reduced ownership costs
