Sales Engineer

We are currently seeking a hardworking, committed individual to join our Internal Sales organisation at Ipswich. This position would ideally suit a recently graduated engineering student. 

The successful applicant will be willing to work in a customer facing environment, and have the necessary acumen and personality to build strong relationships with our customer base, both from the office and in the field. The ability to grow into a selling role, and the desire to grow in a dynamic sales environment, are also prerequisites. They will also need to have sound IT skills, be an excellent communicator, a strong team player, and able to use initiative working in a highly entrepreneurial environment. 

The candidate's engineering skills will be utilised in providing technical advice to our customers, supporting our field sales team, and addressing application and quality control issues. They will also need to liaise with our factories and partners in Asia. It is envisaged that they will provide engineering support to the Customer Services team, and assist them with all aspects of the internal sales operation. 

In more detail, some of the tasks the candidate will assist the OEM Sales Manager with will include:

  • Design of drive systems, brake systems, and other associated components
  • Technical drawing in Solidworks, etc. 
  • Help in all aspects of managing OEM customer accounts and component schedules
  • Assist our Sales Engineer with procurement of new components, and new sources, globally
  • Help develop and improve learning resources, and information storage

Marketing Assistant

We are currently seeking a hardworking, committed and creative individual with drive, flair and ambition to join our Marketing Team at our Ipswich Head Office. 

This position would ideally suit a recently graduated Marketing student, the success candidate should be able to demonstrate initiative, ingenuity, and the ability to produce their own ideas and concepts. 

On a practical level, daily tasks will include:

  • Working under the direction of our Marketing Manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
  • Media management and press releases
  • Assist in design, production and management of literature and promotional material
  • Social media management and output
  • Design and implementation of regular promotions
  • Management and implementation of company email mail campaigns
  • Overall brand management and design
  • Assist in the planning of promotional events, such as trade shows and exhibitions
  • Management of the creative aspects of our web site and online trading.​​​

Hydraulic Hose Assembler - Ipswich

We are seeking a hardworking, committed and ambitious individual to join the Hydraulic Hose Assembly team at our Head office in Ipswich.

The successful candidate will work in the state of the art, hose assembly facility, under the supervision of the Hydraulic Hose Assembly Manager, to manage the production and assembly of all hose assembly orders placed, ensuring we meet customer deadlines and schedules.

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of the hydraulic business, particularly hydraulic hose, fittings and assemblies; and would have a minimum of one year's experience in the industry.

In busy periods, the successful candidate may be required to assist the Warehouse Manager & Assistants with distribution orders, but focusing mainly on hydraulics and in the receiving in of new stock when containers and deliveries arrive.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
